On the afternoon of June 9, 2011, the official signing ceremony for purchasing ships was held at the conference room of our company between Shanghai Darun Port Construction Group Co., Ltd.,, CDB Leasing Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Junneng Industrial Co., Ltd. Chairman Liu of Darun Group, GM Zhao of Junneng, GM Chen of CDB attended the ceremony.

The 3 ships purchased are 1 cutter suction dredger of 3500 m3, which is 120.8m long, 18m wide and 5.2m deep with a design draught of 3.7m, 2 trailing suction dredgerd of 8000 m3, which are 135.8 long, 22m wide and 6.5m deep. A maintenance schedule has been planned for these 3 ships. The cutter suction dredger can be put into operation very soon and the trailing suction dredgers will be put into use at the end of this year.

The total number of ships owned by our company adds up to 16 ones on signing this purchase contract, which will greatly improve the working capacity by expanding the original grab dredging only to all the 3 grab dredging, suction dredging and trailing suction dredging, a great increase of our market competitiveness. This is a landmark in the company history with a great step forward for both our company assets and business capacity!
