群策群力、攻坚克难——圆满完成海南管线打捞拖带任务
   
 
为满足绞吸船生产需要,集团公司为港龙5号船购置一批海上排泥管线。该批管线为¢800mm自浮橡胶管和¢750mm钢管+橡胶管(海底沉管)两种。于海南省琼海市龙湾港海域,与转让方多次商谈及现场检验管线后,于2013年3月23日在海口签订了《管线转让协议》。
  4月29日,受船舶管理公司委派,我带领2名船员再次赶赴海南,对管线周边海域及进、出港航道水域进行探摸测量,并做前期准备工作。
  5月1日,第二批人员到达海南。参与管线打捞、整编工作的7人来自大润65,“海威拖8627”承担线起吊打捞、海上调遣拖带任务。
  5月4日上午10:00时,“海威拖8627”到达指定位置,抛锚定位。海威拖艉部的“起吊装置”准备就绪(该装置为船机设备部刘圣福指导设计,大润65船员加工安装),按照《管线打捞、整编拖带方案》,第一步需断开自浮管与海底沉管的接头处。
       由于龙湾港为无遮蔽海域,涌浪高约2米,管线接头吊起后,摆动幅度较大,加之该批管线已经在海中浸泡闲置长达三年多时间,长满多种贝类等寄生物,无法对法兰连接螺丝进行拆卸。经商榷,根据现场实际情况及时调整方案:由人员下海,清除连接螺丝上面附着的贝类寄生物,再利用气割,切除连接螺丝。准备工作完毕后,闫雷雷、王刘战二人跳入海中,开始清除贝类寄生物,5个多小时后,终于成功割除了28根连接螺丝,第一步工作顺利完成!
  5月5日,实施第二步计划——在沉管管口加装密封盲板,并紧固盲板螺丝。因对盲板密封要求较高,需承受0.7mpa以上的压强,为确保盲板密封不泄气,该项工作非常困难。王炳胜、张甫、孔祥坡、李海波四人入海,需将28个¢30mm盲板螺丝孔与沉管法兰螺丝孔精确对接,再完成螺丝紧固。直至下午15:30分,第一块盲板加装完毕。连接充气管、开启空压机、调整充气压力等各项工作都有条不紊的进行着,第二步工作成功实施!
  随着压缩空气的不断注入,沉管内的海水逐渐从管口排出。由于该沉管自2010年沉放后,一直没有进行过打捞移位,受海底泥沙运动作用影响,沉管在海底被泥沙淤积掩埋较深。虽然管内海水已排尽,但沉管并未有自然浮出水面的迹象。现场只有“海威拖8627”一艘船,且要作为管口起吊和空压机充气的工作平台,无法撤出去对沉管进行起吊打捞。
  面对当前的状况,我与林船长等人一起探讨后决定:在向沉管内充气的同时,利用“海威拖8627”拖动海底沉管移动,使沉管从掩埋泥层中脱离出来。方案定下后,需要重新连接拖带缆绳,“海威拖8627”备车、起锚,待海威拖进车后适时调整舵向、改变车速。半小时后,沉管自起吊端的第一根管,开始渐渐跳跃式的逐段浮出水面。至晚上20:00时,海威拖停止拖带,关闭充气阀门(防止回气)停止作业。利用涌浪对沉管的冲击和沉管自身浮力作用,使沉管在海中自然漂浮摆荡。
       5月6日一大早,继续沉管打捞工作。经过一夜的涌浪冲击和自浮力作用,再次利用“海威拖8627“拖带时,沉管浮出水面的速度较昨日迅速,至上午11:00时,共计打捞出水面沉管229.8米(6米钢管35根;1.8米橡胶管11根)。之后,开始重复上一轮工作——利用海威拖艉部起吊装置吊起钢管,割除连接螺丝,加装密封盲板……期间共割除法兰连接螺丝84根次;加装盲板5块;对接、紧固法兰螺丝140根次;管线充气打捞工作结束。
  接着,大家分组进行管线绑扎固定;在浮管上安装警示灯;连接主拖缆;备用拖缆……各项工作都在紧锣密鼓地进行着。
  “海威拖8627”林船长亲自带领本船船员与大润65号船员一起到管线上面进行绑扎固定,指导缆绳连接。直至晚上21:00时,管线整编、绑扎等各项备拖工作结束。
  2013年5月7日凌晨03:30,“海威拖8627”自海南龙湾港码头起航,拖带2组管线(拖带长度>400米)驶向舟山基地。本次航程穿越琼州海峡、台湾海峡,共计航程约1100海里。航行过程中,海威拖8627林船长及船员主动承担被拖管线的监护工作。2013年5月14日下午13:00时,“海威拖8627”及拖带管线安全到达目的地,本次管线打捞、调遣工作圆满结束!(大润65  刘晓伟)
