“SAEHAN VIRTUS”轮抽油工程
   
 

【工程简介】

    2020年1月，“SAEHAN VIRTUS”轮于舟山嵊泗海域发生船底油舱破损事故，该轮为LPG船，特殊性强、破损舱内含380#重质燃油140方，安全责任重大。重油在常温状态下流动性较差，船只自身加热系统因管路堵塞已无法正常使用，一旦出现污油泄漏事故，将会对周围生态环境造成严重破坏和不可估量的损失。由于正值新冠肺炎疫情防控阶段，且受恶劣天气条件、舱内残存少量丙烯气、底舱封堵不明确等因素影响，大润海工从保护海洋环境、避免发生污油泄露的角度出发，迅速制定了蒸汽加热、钻孔抽油的施工方案，并通过了专家评审，最终仅用14天高效完成了抽油工作，从根本上切断了“SAEHAN VIRTUS”轮破损舱污染源，有效地保护了码头周边海域的生态环境，避免了船舶停泊码头周围沿海地区存在多个化妆品工程造成潜在不利影响，消除了多种潜在安全隐患，避免损失的进一步扩大。
