4. Project Site: Reclamation Area (Putuo Harbour Ecological Industry Zone) Fulimen, Zhujiajian, Putuo District, Zhoushan (Phase I)

5. Land Area: 48, 666m2 (73 mus)

6. Coast Line: 200m

7. Sea Area 4.8998 hectares (ha). 

8. Project Scope: total construction area of 30,000m2, including office building 6,000 m2 , warehouse and auxiliary building 24,000 m2, a wharf (length 190m and width 20m) exclusive for 2,000-ton-class above working ships, an approach bridge (134.2m l x 7.5m w), and wharf supporting facilities.

9. Project Investment Total Sum RMB 200 million.
