【Project Overview】Deep Water Channel Improvement Phase III at the Yangtze River Estuary consisted of Changxing submerged breakwater, channel construction, dredging and blowing mud onto banks, Yangtze estuary tide station construction, communication and navigation system, deep embedding of cross-river optical cable, and renovation of Base Dock at the east beach of Hengsha Island. Shanghai Darun Port Construction Group Co., Ltd. conducted the ripraping and accropode installation included in the above project, with a total riprap volume of nearly 0.5 million tons and installation of nearly 20,000 Accropodes.
