【Project Overview】 The 100,000-ton-class Channel Project of Longkou Port within Yantai Port, which was conducted by Shanghai Darun Port Construction Group Co., Ltd., was to extend the current channel from 50,000-ton-class to a 100,000-ton-class in Longkou port. This project aimed to widen both sides of the current channel by 30m while keeping the existing channel axis. Upon extension, bottom width would be 200m; depth: 16m; length: 12km. The total dredging quantity reached 12 million m³.
